Hello Reader, We are back to share some AAICIS highlights! Community CallIn April, AAICIS hosted its first live coaching community call to celebrate ‘Spring Milestones’ from this school year. Twenty-five coaches from different schools participated and shared the seeds their coaching programs have planted and the shifts they’ve noticed in their schools. It was great to connect with coaches from other schools and hear about how their coaching programs began, how they are doing, and where they are headed. We love seeing the conversations from the call continue in Mighty Networks, too. Keep it going! May’s live event (community call) is open to the public, so please invite all your coach friends, whether they are in AAICIS or not. We would love for you and everyone else to join! With the dwindling weeks left in this academic year in mind, the topic will be a “Year in Review.” Our intention is to give coaches a chance to reflect on some of their work this school year. Come spend some time thinking about and sharing what you have learned from your coaching experience this year. We look forward to seeing you all there!

The Principles prioritize a holistic approach to supporting coaching in practice.
Global Respondents to Our SurveyOur survey had 89 respondents from 60 schools worldwide. See the map for how many schools from each region responded. We look forward to digging deeper into the data our survey yielded. Stay tuned for more updates on our findings! If you are already an AAICIS member, we would love it if you invited all the coaches you know to help us grow this wonderful community.
